COVID-19 – Maple UMC’s Response – Update
As we slowly and cautiously emerge to our regular routines, here are the activities that are beginning at Maple UMC. Please keep social distancing and other safety precautions in mind when you are returning.
Office Hours will resume – Tuesday through Friday 9am – 12:00pm
Food Pantry – Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) circumstances, the Pantry will be CLOSED on FRIDAY during the Stay-in-Place order.
Please call the Pantry (269) 969-2451 to check if they are open.
STILL OPEN M,T,W 9:00-11:45am. You will not be allowed inside the pantry and will be asked to wait in the hallway or possibly outside during busy times. During cold temperatures or rain, you may want to have protective measures (coat, hat, umbrella).
Breakfast Buddies – meeting places are announced on Sunday or available on the calendar.
Narcotics Anonymous – Meetings have resumed weekdays at 12:00 noon.
Most other groups have decided to resume their meetings (SMARS, Young Marines).
Our first Sunday of worship together again was June 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in attending, please read our Return to worship letter, which will help to prepare you for the changes that we have made to keep our congregation safe.
